What should I bring?
For a Shoe Fitting, it helps to bring along the trousers, belts, or other accessories you'd usually pair with the shoe. It makes for a more accurate fitting.
For Shoe Services or a Complimentary Restoration, there's nothing extra to bring; simply arrive with the pair you'd like us to look at.
Is the Complimentary Restoration really free?
Yes. Every new WHY&CO pair comes with one Complimentary Restoration: a Basic Restoration, on us. It's valid for two months from your purchase date, and applies only to the specific pair you bought; it isn't transferable to another pair. If a pair shows damage beyond normal wear, we'll confirm after inspection whether additional charges apply, before we begin.
How far in advance can I book?
Anywhere from 1 day to 100 days ahead. Book as soon as you know, or as late as the day before.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, with no minimum notice required. You can cancel or reschedule right up until your appointment time.
