With every new pair
Complimentary Restoration
Every new WHY&CO pair comes with one Complimentary Restoration: a Basic Restoration, on us. It's valid for two months from your purchase date, and applies only to the specific pair you bought; it isn't transferable to another pair. If a pair shows damage beyond normal wear, we'll confirm after inspection whether additional charges apply, before we begin.
Care & Longevity
Leather ages the way a life well-lived does, gaining character, not losing it. A soft brush after each wear, cedar shoe trees to hold their shape, and a restoration visit when the leather starts to dry or dull: this is what lets a WHY&CO pair outlast trend and season alike. Patina isn't damage to correct. It's a record of wear, and restoration, done right, deepens it rather than erasing it.

Services FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
How long does each service take?
Most cleaning and care services (Basic Restoration, Suede Waterproofing, Insole Padding) take 3 working days. Deep Restoration and sole repairs run 5–7 working days. A full resole, Blakestitch or Goodyear Welt, takes 14 working days. Patina Colouring is scoped individually after consultation.
Do you service shoes from other brands?
Yes, we accept all brands for every paid service. Complimentary Restoration is exclusive to WHY&CO pairs purchased from us.
Can I mail in my shoes, or is this Singapore-only?
Craig Road only, for now. We don't offer mail-in or overseas restoration service, even though we ship product internationally.
Is there a warranty or guarantee on restoration work?
We don't offer a formal warranty or guarantee. Every pair is inspected before any work begins, and we tell you exactly what we'll do beforehand. That upfront clarity is our standard, not a post-service redo policy.
