At WHY&CO, we strive to deliver your handcrafted shoes safely and efficiently. We currently ship to our approved launch regions.

1. Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM (SGT) will ship the following Monday. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Singapore (Domestic)

  • Complimentary Shipping: Free on orders over S$350.
  • Standard Rate: S$10 (Flat rate for orders under S$350).
  • Delivery Time: 3–4 business days.

United States

  • Free Shipping: Over S$350
  • Standard Rate: S$34 (approx. USD $25)
  • Delivery Time: 10–14 business days

Australia & New Zealand

  • Free Shipping: Over S$350
  • Standard Rate: S$23 (approx. AUD $25 / NZD $28)
  • Delivery Time: 10–14 business days

Hong Kong SAR

  • Free Shipping: Over S$350
  • Standard Rate: S$21 (approx. HKD $120)

3. Duties & Taxes (International Orders – DDU)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.

WHY&CO has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. All additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

WHY&CO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Payment Methods

Online Purchases:
We accept all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

In-Store Purchases (Singapore Shoe Salon):
For in-store purchases, we accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Cash, PayNow, and PayLah.
