Payment methods and currency does Whyandco Accept?
We accept payment through Visa & MasterCard online purchases.
We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, Cash, PayNow & PayLah for in-store purchases.
We process all transactions in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Which countries does Whyandco ship to?
Currently Whyandco only ships to Singapore market. Soon we are launching to different regions. For more information or urgent request, please contact us at contactus@whyandco.com.
Delivery duration & cost?
Delivery duration and cost will defer from region to region.
Domestic Orders
We offer free shipping within Singapore with a minimum purchase of 350 Singapore Dollars (SGD).
For purchases below 350 Singapore Dollars (SGD), we charge a flat rate shipping fee of 10 Singapore Dollars (SGD).
For all domestic standard orders, your items will arrive within 3 to 4 business days of placing your order.
For all domestic expedited orders, your items will arrive within 1 to 2 days of placing your order.
International Orders
Currently we do not accept international orders.

Taxes are dependent on the final destination of the product.
Singapore
We ship directly from Singapore. No duties or taxes will be charged when shipping within Singapore.
