Collection: Returns & Refunds

At WHY&CO, we believe in the integrity of our product. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of receipt for you to review your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, uncreased, and in its original condition with all tags, dust bags, and packaging intact.

1. International Orders (Outside Singapore)
We understand that buying footwear online requires trust. For our international clients:

  • Refunds: We offer refunds on unworn items returned within the 14-day window. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be liable for lost packages.
  • Exchanges: Due to international logistics, we do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you require a different size, please return your original pair for a refund and place a new order.

2. Singapore Orders (Domestic)

  • Exchanges: We are happy to facilitate size exchanges for our local clients. Please contact us to arrange an appointment at our shoe salon or instructions for a mail-in exchange.
  • Return Shipping: Local return logistics are borne by the customer, or you may visit us in-store.

3. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Shoe care products (Creams, Waxes, Sprays)
  • Socks (if opened/worn)
  • Gift Cards
  • Sale items

4. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at contactus@whyandco.com with your Order ID.

  • Return Address: WHY&CO, 46 Craig Road, #02-01, Singapore 089684.
  • Condition Check: All returns are inspected upon arrival. Shoes with sole scratches, upper creasing, or missing packaging will be rejected and returned to the sender.

5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that banks may require additional time to post the transaction.
